Experience island living with a phenomenal ocean view from the top deck and convenient, walk-out pool access just 25ft from your back door. This beautifully remodeled, ground-floor rental is one of but a few on Crescent Beach that features such a phenomenal beach view. While other complexes are separated from the beach by a large expanse of tall dunes and long boardwalks, this complex sits just seven steps from the beach off the pool deck. Guests of this rental will also enjoy a full kitchen, furnished deck, and access to a shared pool, kiddie pool, tennis courts, BBQ area, and much more.

Less than two miles south, hop on the free boat and pay a visit to the Fort Matanzas National Monument. Drive 14 miles north into the heart of St. Augustine, the oldest city in the United States, and discover multiple restaurants, shops, museums, and additional historic sites including the world famous Castillo de San Marcos National Monument. Take a spooky, late-night ghost tour, tour the St. Augustine Distillery, or head out on the water aboard a sunset cruise.

Crescent Sandpiper

Fantastic location… we have been coming to the Sandpiper for 34 years. The condo is in a great location but the family room furniture needs updating and the rug removed. Hard to sit on the sofa…. Too uncomfortable.

Great family stay!

We stay at Sandpiper or Coquina next door every summer with our family and we have stayed in several units. We love the ground level units and that sandpiper units usually have a washer in unit, that’s a big plus! We always love our stay here. Great location and we always have a blast! This was a nice unit… well maintained and stocked… right by pool and AC worked great too!

Nice location but maintenance issues

Nice unit but dishwasher is not attached to cabinet so slides out. Also bathroom faucet is loose. No response from maintenance.

May Vacarion

Love the property and condo, but they really need a walkway over the sand to the beach. It was very hard to walk up carrying beach chairs, bags and coolers.

Beach week

Needed a getaway week and this rental really worked. Loved watching the sunrise while enjoying a cup of coffee on the patio. Great access to the beach and pool. Quiet and clean.

Great family beach time

I chose this property because i realllly needed some stress relief and could envision the easy walk with the littles to the pool and beach from this main level condo. It was so great! Literally like 10 steps to the pool. Another maybe 15 steps from pool to beach. Restaurants and grocery are about 10 mins away. We celebrated two birthdays during our stay and found a great dinosaur cake at Winn Dixie. We love to walk the beach and find shells and shark teeth. We did find a few close by, but had read about Matanzas Inlet and were thrilled to discover it is about a 30 minute walk on the beach. Fort Matanzas is there and normally you can park and ride a ferry to visit the avtual fort but it was shut down due to the pandemic. However, the inlet was very neat to visit with lots of shells and calm waters to swim. The room itself was also very nice. Renovated with tile shower in main bedroom with a had sprayer which helped with our littles. The beds, couch and chairs were all very comfortable and kitchen was well appointed. Prior visitors had left some beach chairs and things and we added a few things to the collection (sand toys, an umbrella). The only things that may have been not perfect were a couple things that needed repair (to the doors) but we were able to enjoy our trip without them. It was hard to reach anyone, i believe, due to covid. I hope to stay again and next time i would be sure to bring more toilet paper, paper towels, a few more dish and laundry detergents, maybe a few more trash bags (a few are provided). Do not buy/bring coffee filters as there are plenty. Well appointed, comfortable, great location.

Proximity to the beach and pool was perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. It was well stocked with towels, including beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella, coffee filters, etc. Beds and furniture were all comfortable. It was clean and had a great view of the ocean. Even though it was a ground floor unit you could still see and hear the ocean. It was perfect. It's about 25 min from downtown St. Augustine We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. It was well stocked with towels, including beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella, coffee filters, etc. Beds and furniture were all comfortable as well. It was clean and had a great view of the ocean. Even though it was a ground floor unit you could still see and hear the ocean. It was perfect. It's about 25 min from downtown St. Augustine down A1A. The pool was just steps from the back door of the condo and the beach is within a 3-minute walking distance through the pool area. We will absolutely book here again if we return to this area. Plenty of great restaurants and activities to do within 25 minutes of the condo. We had a great Vacation!!

Great location--you couldn't get any closer to the beach. Family had a great vaca.

Very nice condo, with room for six. Great location in Crescent Beach and the beach was right outside the patio doors. Lyndsee (property mgmt contact) was helpful and responsive to all our needs/questions. This area was peaceful and quiet and our family had a wonderful time.

Met our needs, but could use a little work.

Great place if you are looking for a quiet location that is still close to all the action of St Augustine. Generally speaking, the condo met all our needs. The layout was fine for two couples. There was plenty of room, the beach was just a short walk, and the pool was just off our patio. The unit had everything we needed for our stay, dishes, towels, etc. We did have a few minor issues that St. Augustine Stays staff tried to resolve as quickly as possible. When we first arrived we did have a problem gaining access with the electronic entry lock, though we were able to gain access using the key code for the lockbox that contained a physical key for the entry door. It turned out that we were using the wrong code for the electronic lock which we got off the VRBO site. St. Augustine Stays said we should have been using the code they provided in the check-in Email they sent.. I didn't recall receiving such an Email, and when I returned home and check my Emails I could not find that check-in Email they said they sent. We also had broken blind slats in one of the bed rooms that made privacy a challenge. St. Augustine Stays offered to send someone out to repair the blinds but we declined because of timing and just threw a sheet over the blinds to provide privacy. You should make sure this issue is resolved before renting. Also, the carpet in the living area was quite soiled and in desperate need of cleaning or replacement. Over all the condo served our needs. If these small issues were addressed I would not hesitate to recommend staying at this condo. The staff at St. Augustine Stays were helpful and responded to our requests in a timely fashion.

Sandpiper Summer

My wife and I stayed at the Crescent Sandpiper 116 this week. We are celebrating our 25th anniversary by taking our first "couple only" trip in 23 years! We had a very enjoyable week - the weather was perfect (still hot but no rain!), and we enjoyed many of the area's sights and attractions in addition to spending several days on the Beach. Crescent Beach is a perfect beach getaway, as the number of people on the beach was VERY minimal - just as we were hoping for! Marisa Dye and her team had our unit cleaned and ready, and except for a couple of minor things, it was super. Well appointed and had everything we needed for the week. Easy in and easy out. We had a very memorable trip!

Perfect Beach Vacation

Our family vacations in Crescent Beach every year. #116 at the Crescent Sandpiper is the perfect location to see and hear the ocean. The unit is newly furnished and has everything you need, including beach toys. The washer dryer combo is an added bonus. Saint Augustine has a wonderful variety of restaurants, Osteens and J.T. Fish Camp being our favorites.

Spectacular ocean view. Steps from the beach.Close to some great resturants.

Great unit the beds were comfy, plenty of beach and bath towels. Newer appliances, great kitchen for cooking. The pool and the beautiful beach is just steps away. We will definitely be back as this condo will be our favorite vacation spot!

Unit not cleaned drains were slow micro wave broken

Pool was nice view was nice but the unit was not clean upon arrival and the drains were very slow to drain the bathroom vent made noise at night sounded like a vent top was rattling

Wonderful location! Condo had everything we needed

Absolutely wonderful! We enjoyed every moment. The condo had everything we needed. Beds were comfy, pool was literally 6 feet from our door. Beach access was spectacular. Marissa was a real gem to work with!

Wonderful stay!

This is our second year staying at Crescent Sandpiper. We chose to stay in this unit again because we loved it so much. I am not lying whenever I say it is literally steps (maybe 7) from the pool & from the pool a few steps to the beach. We stayed for my daughter's birthday and she was sad to leave. You can sit on the back porch and see the pool & the waves. It is quiet & well maintained. I definitely recommend this complex and unit. We ate at Harry's while we stayed & WOW so good!! You won't be dissapointed. Marisa is great to book with!

Breathtaking Ocean view - steps to the beach

Beautiful peaceful ocean view. Comfy furniture, beds, generous towels & linens. high speed internet, tv in every room, Well equipped kitchen & remodeled bathrooms. Lots to see & do - Lightner museum,(they are having a Downton Abbey costume exhibit in October!) Anastasia island park, Washington Oaks Park, Caps on the water & the Purple Olive restaurants / yum!

Gorgeous

The condo is in a perfect location for sunrises and quick access for a dip in the pool. This is the place for a relaxing beach vacation. The condo is comfortable and nicely decorated. It has a washer/dryer and a well equipped kitchen.
