While we’re pleased to hear you appreciated the beauty and amenities of this amazing property, we are equally frustrated that your stay did not meet your expectations. This concern presented unique challenges, as the issue with the hot water in the home was intermittent and varied in scope, affecting different parts of the property at different times, ranging from one bathroom to multiple areas. Once the issue came to our attention on the third day of your stay our team actively worked to resolve the situation, however its unpredictable nature made it challenging to resolve fully during your stay. We understand that an unwelcome cold shower is far from ideal - regardless of the intermittent nature of such an outage. As such, we were eager to provide you with a refund for the challenges you and your group navigated. While we understand you may have hoped for more, we felt this resolution was fair under such unique circumstances. We value and appreciate your feedback and are committed to using this experience to refine our processes and provide a better experience for future guests.
