Beautiful property, family friendly and close proximity to the beach. This home was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Our grandchildren loved the pirate ship in the backyard.

We (party of 9) really enjoyed our stay at the property. Great quiet location and not far from town and beach access. The hosts were very responsive and checked in regularly. Everything about the property was as advertised. We will definitely look to stay there again in the near future. Plenty of sleeping space for large groups.

We had big roaches and red ants. 3-4 light bulbs out. You have to be a mechanic to get the dryer to work. Air conditioning unit is too small for house. Never got below 73 in the house. When you spend the day at the beach and its 112 heat index you would like to come to a nice cool place. I know I covered the electric bill with what I paid. Check in process was horrendous. Didn’t get code to get into house until 4:30. Check in was 4:00. Couldn’t get host to respond had to call Vrbo call center. To be honest not my first bad experience with Vrbo. Will not use that service again. Hosts don’t really seem to care. Beach was great. Water was perfect. Need to explain the sleeping situation a little better on the website. The upstairs bedrooms are adequate but the downstairs are just bunk beds not suitable for adults and you don’t have access from the inside of the house. We had 2 teenage boys in there and they loved it but any younger you would need adults in there and nowhere for them to sleep. Horrible design on the house. Not Vrbo fault or host but could be explained a whole lot better. I’ll give it a 1 star because that’s the lowest rating available.

Sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your stay. We felt we were quick to resolve your check-in issues, that seemed to be due to a messaging lag that was out of either of our control. In follow-up, we offered you our direct contact information if you needed anything but never heard from you on any of the other issues you listed in your review. We'll review our listing in response to your comments, but we do include in our description that the top and bottom entrances are separate, downstairs has bunk beds only, and how to start the dryer.

The property was very cute, clean, and comfortable! Just plan that you can only access the downstairs from outside. The backyard is huge and beautiful and our host was fantastic.
