Excellent stay. This was probably our favorite vacation rental we've stayed at so far. The host was friendly and helpful. The house was stocked with every possible thing you could need (and more). Great location; close to both the beach and sound side. The golf cart made it quick, easy, and fun to get to the local restaurants and attractions. You won't regret staying here.

Everything you could ever need!

Favorite place my family and I have stayed at. Liz has paid special attention to make sure you have absolutely anything you need. The home is beautiful and spacious. Very quick walk and you are on the beach or take the golf cart just down the road to the many restaurants and shops. There were 12 in our group ranging from 18 to mid 70's and there was plenty of room for everyone. Definitely looking forward to coming back! Also, Liz is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns you may have.

The best house we stayed so far. House is super organized with everything you can possibly need. Liz is a great helper and takes good care of her guests. House has literally everything you might need from beach accessories to birthday candles that we forgot to bring :)Definitely recommending this house and we will be coming back for sure.

Luxury with All the Bells & Whistles!

Every thoughtful amenity you can imagine is included! All 12 of us from our 80 year old mother to our 17 year old daughter had a great stay. We were all so impressed with the beauty of this property. There was plenty of space for us to gather together, but we could also find space for solitude. The beach is a few steps away, but the golf cart was great for transporting mom! We grilled out for every meal and loved the screened porch--equipped with snowcone & cotton candy machines!

The property was amazing. The amount of items that were provided for us was insane. Their were a lot of beach items provided for us and we could have left a lot of what we brought from home at home. The location of the property was awesome. Many of the older kids who were 16 and above walked all over Pensacola Beach every day. The location was only about 1 mile to everything is downtown Pensacola Beach. The walk to the beach was nothing. You could be to the beach in less than 5-7 minutes just depending on how fast you walked.Having a golf cart was extremely helpful as well. it was very nice to take all over Pensacola Beach and to the pier. The host was extremely fast with getting back with you if you texted her a questions and she was extremely friendly. The mattresses in the rooms were so comfortable and cozy. The a/c worked amazingly and the owner let us set our own temps for inside the house. major points for that aspect. Having an elevator was a major help when carrying groceries up. Loved the elevator!The only cons we had was the shower on the second floor was poorly designed and when taking a shower the water would run out of the shower because the shower head is pointed right at the door and their is no "lip" per se to keep the water in. We were constantly cleaning up water after showers. Overall AMAZING home and I would definitely recommend this house to anyone 10 times over. I would definitely rent this home again.
