Security: Exterior cameras operate 24/7 for your safety. Make sure your guest count is accurate, and let us know through the Vrbo app if anything changes.
Other things to note
For our pet owners, please bring your pets for a walk instead of potty in the courtyard. The pee will kills the plants’ roots, we also don’t want to have other guests accidentally step into the poop. To be a good neighbor, please pick up after them whenever they go.
Please keep in mind, we are located on a busy commercial area within walking distance to San Jose University, so there are potential noises due to lots of foot / car traffic.
