With room for 12 guests, this family-friendly home offers the ultimate Cocoa Beach experience—private heated pool, riverfront deck, and direct beach access just steps away.
Inside, enjoy airy coastal décor, a fully stocked chef’s kitchen, open living spaces with Smart TVs, and comfortable bedrooms including a bunk room perfect for kids. Outside, lounge by the pool, grill dinner overlooking the water, or paddle the river on provided kayaks while spotting dolphins and manatees.

Check-in / Check-out: Check-in after 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM (unless otherwise arranged).
No Smoking: Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the home.
No Pets: Pets are not permitted to maintain a clean, allergy-friendly environment.
No Parties or Events: The home is for registered guests only; no loud parties or unauthorized gatherings.
Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Pool Safety: Children must be supervised at all times in and around the pool.
Security: Lock doors and windows when leaving. Exterior security cameras are in use for safety.
Energy & Safety: Turn off lights, fans, and outdoor equipment when not in use. Ensure grill/fire features are fully shut off after use.
Respect the Property: Please treat the home with care and report any damage immediately.
Violations of house rules may result in additional fees or early termination of stay.
