Welcome to The Perch, where the peaceful mountain air meets cozy comfort. Tucked on top of Fancy Gap Mountain, our cabin is the kind of place where you can truly slow down, breathe deep, and enjoy the quiet—but still be just minutes away from local restaurants, shopping, wineries, and scenic spots.

We’re just a couple minutes from the famous Blue Ridge Parkway and only 15 minutes from I-77, so getting here is easy. All the roads to the cabin are well-maintained, and paved.

Step inside and make yourself at home

As you walk through the front door, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing stay.

On the main floor:

2 cozy queen bedrooms with one of them having an attached half bath.

A full bathroom with a tub/shower combo

A fully stocked kitchen ready for cooking, complete with cookware, dishes, and full-size appliances


A comfy living room with a sofa, love seat and 2 chairs and a large smart TV with all your favorite streaming apps (just use your own login)

Step out onto the back deck and take in the view on the patio around the gas fire pit. Grill some steaks on the gas grill while sipping a glass of wine.

Head downstairs to the lower level where you’ll find a warm and welcoming space with an additional bedroom with queen bunk bed and an additional living and dining area. Also in the lower living room there is a foosball table for you to enjoy and another smart tv. It’s the perfect spot to curl up with a book or take a quiet nap.
