About the House

The first floor boasts an open, inviting full kitchen and living area with a gas fireplace and a generous 70-inch HDTV. The gourmet kitchen, featuring Viking appliances and bar seating, will be the delight of the chef and offers all the cookware and dinnerware needed to create a gourmet meal. A large dining area comfortably seats eight making it the perfect setting for family meals and gatherings. On the second floor, a wet bar with a drink fridge offers a convenient space to relax and unwind, while an office space with a desk and TV is available for work or leisure. For added convenience, there are laundry rooms on both the first and second floors.
The first floor features a spacious master bedroom with a King Bed with an ensuite master bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower and Makeup area for the ladies. The second floor offers a second master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and make up area for the ladies. Also located on the 2nd floor is a guest bedroom with a cozy King bed and a full bathroom with a Walk in Shower. A few steps away is a delightful 4th Bedroom that is a bunk room with 2 Queen beds and entrance to the Upstairs shared bathroom with a Shower/Tub. The Bonus/Entertainment Room has a 100" TV with Sonos surround sound has 1 Chest Queen Murphy Bed in it. Every bedroom in the house is outfitted with a smart TV ensuring entertainment options for everyone. The outdoor area features a private screened in patio with outdoor seating and outdoor kitchen area, complete with a stainless-steel gas grill and counter space.

The TOPS’L community offers a private paradise with 24-hour security, private beach access, and three on-site restaurants with great food and live entertainment.
There are so many things to do you can find a golf course, state parks, shopping, great food everywhere.
Ideal for families, the resort offers adult/kid-friendly amenities such as walking trail, a mini golf course, chipping and/putting green, Tennis Courts, shuffleboard, basketball, which are Managed by the Tides Condo Association and pay for play Pickleball, There are so many things to do you can find a golf course, state parks, shopping, great food everywhere.

You can also walk to the beach, which is close to a mile walk within the resort, and there is a seasonal beach service on the beach, that Topsil offers and for a fee they provide beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, and water sports rentals. Indulge in culinary delights at the Blue Dune Grill, overlooking the beach, the Topspin Bistro Restaurant, and the Ocean Club Grill, all conveniently located on the resort property.

Our villa is minutes away from Grand Boulevard shopping and dining, Baytowne Marina, four Sandestin Resort Golf Courses, the Silver Sands Premium Outlets mall, Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, and a short drive to the scenic 30A, promising a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure at this beach coastal resort.

Damages Protection: Your reservation includes a non-refundable accidental damage protection plan, which is included in the price. This plan covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property up to $3,000. All incidents must be reported immediately. Please note that this plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, willful misconduct or any other damage that is caused by you or your party.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
