This family-friendly home offers 6 bedrooms (10 beds) and 3 full bathrooms—plenty of space for everyone to relax. Little ones will love the Frozen and Star Wars themed bedrooms, while adults can enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, private outdoor pool, and cozy living spaces. 

The game room is a hit with kids and teens, featuring a pool table, air hockey, and an arcade machine. With smart TVs, new appliances, and a Nest thermostat, your family can feel right at home while making unforgettable memories. 

You will have access to the entire house. You can park in front of the garage and there are a lot of free street parking available in the neighborhood, so parking would be a breeze!

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOK. 

1. MINIMUM AGE 

The Lead Guest must be 25 years or older. 

2. QUIET TIME 

As respect to our Neighbours, the quiet time is 10pm-7am. 

3. SELF CATERING 

The Vacation Home is self-catered, the home will come supplied with initial essentials for your stay. The starter kit includes: 1 paper towel, 5 trash bags, sponge, 3 dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap in kitchen; 1 toilet paper, travel size toiletries in each bathroom; 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth each guest; 3 laundry pods. 

4. CHECK IN and CHECK OUT TIME 

Check in time is anytime after 4pm, and check out is anytime before 10am. Early check-in and late check-out may be requested for a surcharge and are subject to approval. 

5. NO SMOKING 

If any signs of smoking are detected (such as ashes, smoke smell, etc.), the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee. 

6. OCCUPANCY LIMIT 

According to local Fire Marshall Regulations, the maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded: 14. Children are counted, unless under age of 3. 

7. NO PET 

The property is pet-free. Should an unauthorized pet be found at the property during your stay or evidence after departure, a penalty of $300 will be charged from deposit. Service Dogs as defined under ADA are exempt from this policy under Florida Statute 413.08

8. LINEN, BEDDING, and TOWELS 

We only provide one set of towels and linens. Towels include bath towels, wash towels. Guests are responsible for missing or damaged towels, linens, and bedding placed in the home. 

9. POOL and POOL HEATING 

The Property Owners do not accept any responsibility or liability for any injury caused as a result of the use of the pool. Guests are specifically requested not to allow unsupervised children to use the pool. Local laws apply. The charge for the pool heating is $45 per day. Pool heating must be ordered for the entire length of your stay, and will not be available for just part of your stay– unless you are staying several weeks, in which case there is a 5-night minimum. Please note that it takes about 24-48 hours to heat the pool depending on the outside temperature. 

10. PEST CONTROL 

Although this house is on a scheduled pest control maintenance, you may still see ants, cockroaches, spiders, and other assorted insects inside the house. It's impossible to eradicate in this tropical environment and should not be construed as a sign of uncleanliness. You can help to reduce their visits by keeping doors shut, keeping the counters and sink clear of any open food, taking out the trash every day, and leaving package boxes outside/disposing them right away. 

11. BBQ and GRILL 

Grill Rental available with surcharge. 2 burners $85 within one week, additional week for $30/week. 4 burners $105 within one week, additional week for $30/week. 5 burners $115 within one week, additional week for $30/week. 8 burners $200 within one week, additional week for $50/week.

High chair and crib available free of charge upon request. Crib mattress sheet not provided.
