Located just 4.5 miles from the Empire Polo Grounds, the home is ideal for Coachella and Stagecoach guests, with convenient access to nearby shuttle stops (approximately a 10–15 minute walk) for easy, stress-free transportation.

To enhance your stay, we offer an optional pre-arrival Costco grocery stocking service (festival weekends only). Your requested items can be purchased in advance and stocked in the fridge and pantry prior to arrival, allowing you to settle in and enjoy your weekend immediately.

Inside, the bright open-concept layout connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a comfortable space for both relaxing and entertaining. The home features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms with comfortable furnishings, generous storage, and hotel-style linens.
