The place was very clean, owner was super nice, the only issue we encounter was the wifi! It disconnected or slow down every moment while we were watching TV- We came just to sleep and we were super tired to fight with the internet- maybe it needs a better connection?For the rest of the stay it was pleasant! Bed was comfortable and the kitchenette area was nice too! All kind of restaurants and places to visit are a short distance.I do recommend this place to stay!

Ali is the best host! Communicates well and responsive to texts. The apartment is very new, neat, clean, quiet and private. Having the elevator was a huge help so you dont have to lug luggage up any stairs. The kitchen was amply equipped with the basics. There's a refrigefstor, microwave, hot pot, coffee maker and a dishwasher. They provided slippers and requested no shoes in the apt to minimize any dirt. They also had basic toiletries (even though we brought our own of course); shampoo, conditioner, cotton swabs, cotton balls and handwash. The bed is very comfortable. Temperature set at 72, but they'd have turned it up or down with a phone call and their number is provided. There is a fire exit in case of an emergency. The wifi worked just fine for watching tv. Parking was easy as well. The apt is right off the highway and accessible to DC and other towns nearby. Plenty of places to eat. I recommend this place if you are passing through town or enjoying any events like we did for peak Cherry Blossom season!!

Hello, I’m Ali Hooshman. I have lived in Northern Virginia for over 47 years. After retiring from a career in IT about 20 years ago, I later worked as a builder and built this home as my final project. I truly enjoy hosting travelers from around the world.

As an experienced traveler who has visited more than 35 countries for both business and leisure, I understand what travelers value most when it comes to comfort and hospitality. My travel experience helps me anticipate guests’ needs and provide a pleasant and welcoming stay.

Since I spend most of my time at home, I’m readily available to assist and help ensure your stay is smooth and comfortable. Please feel free to share any specific needs in advance—I will do my best to accommodate them.

I live in the house with my wife and our adult son, and we take pride in maintaining a clean, quiet, and welcoming environment for our guests.
