While you may never want to leave downtown Bethesda, there's plenty more to do in the larger area.

Room was clean and it was very nice to have the space. The garbage disposal didn't work and the sink wasn't draining well. The toilet paper holder was falling off. Otherwise the room was very nice.

It would be nice if there were a few more coffee packets - I couldn't find them in a store. The apartment was comfortable and everything worked

Property was nice; apartment furniture was dated and worn

Check-in prior to arrival was awful; parking fobs never worked and calls were not answer to let us in to the garage; apartment was clean, but the furniture especially the sofa couch was in poor condition; place looked tired and need to be refreshed. Overall property was nice and in a great location.

Great location and space, and very nice and helpful concierges,

I loved the apartment and location. I love Bethesda itself and especially appreciated the easy access to all it offers and to DC. My only complaint is that there were no kitchen towels or dishcloths, and pretty inadequate cookware and supplies, even for a short stay. But that would not keep me from staying here again.

Nice Units with Good Light Near Woodmont Triangle and Shops

I moved to this apartment after staying two nights in a basement apartment that had a poor cell signal. I was thrilled to have a decent size apartment with good light, the security and convenience of a concierge, fitness room and rooftop pool though I never used it. t wasn't obvious to me how to get to the rooftop pool, but never asked. It might be good to have instructions in the units. A few perks: 1. Mail delivery is secure 2. Cable and wifi were great 3. They have coffee and tea near the mail room in the morning. Just bring your own cup. One hiccup: There was no coffee pot in my unit on arrival and the coffee cups were on the highest, most unreachable shelf (I'm 5'6 so pretty average). The cups were easy. The concierge sent a tall guy to move the cups to a lower shelf. I contacted Churchill Living about the coffee maker, and they said a coffee pot would arrive the next day. Begin a bit of a morning coffee addict, I bought one with 4-8 a.m. delivery on Amazon just to be safe, and I'm glad I did. Mine came the next morning and the one they sent came 5 days later. Still, I appreciate that they tried to rectify the situation, and how friend and helpful they are. One quirk: I'm not sure that the unit you see in the ad is the same unit you get. There was a leather couch in the ad, but cloth couch in the apartment. But I benefited ultimately because the "den" had a twin bed instead of a desk, and my sister was able to spend two nights with me when she needed to.
