Beautiful property on the lake. The cabin is for a “simplest” looking to escape & has the basics to get through a trip. We loved the lake access, proximity to the bike paths, and its central (about 5-8 miles) to towns with more tourist-like businesses etc.

Alex and I own WI Property Partners, and we’re passionate about creating smooth, memorable lake getaways in Wisconsin’s Northwoods.

Alex lives locally in St. Germain, so we’re closely connected to the community and the area. I manage operations remotely, which allows us to combine local presence with strong communication and organization behind the scenes. Together, we focus on providing clean, well-prepared properties and a clear, stress-free guest experience from booking through check-out.

While we don’t own the cabin itself, we treat every property we manage with the same care and attention we would our own. Our goal is simple: help you relax, unplug, and enjoy your time at the lake without worrying about the details.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Lake Content and the greater St. Germain area represent everything people love about the Northwoods — peaceful water, towering pines, and year-round outdoor adventure.

Lake Content connects to Big St. Germain Lake and Fawn Lake, giving guests access to over 2,000 acres of boating and fishing while still enjoying the quieter feel of a smaller lake. It’s a rare balance of serenity and opportunity for adventure.

From summer lake days and fall colors to snowmobiling and winter escapes, St. Germain offers something special in every season. It’s a place where mornings start slow and evenings end around the fire.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Lake Content Cabin sits just 40 feet from the sandy shoreline, so the water truly feels like part of your living space. The half-log cedar exterior gives it classic Northwoods charm, while thoughtful updates inside provide comfort and convenience.

As part of Lake Content Resort — the only resort on the lake — guests enjoy a peaceful, uncrowded setting. The cabin includes access to a rowboat, canoe, and paddleboat, making it easy to explore the connecting lakes.

The screened-in porch overlooking the lake and firepit is a guest favorite — perfect for morning coffee, watching sunsets, or listening to loons at night.
