Welcome Aerie by AvantStay at Discovery Corner, a collection of modern, townhomes nestled Bend's west side in the heart of the growing Discovery West neighborhood. Just a 10-minute drive from Downtown Bend. Aerie is perfectly positioned for adventure and relaxation. These two- and three-bedroom residences offer luxury and comfort, perched above a charming neighborhood plaza reminiscent of a traditional European square where daily needs, local flavors, and community connection come together.

Location Highlights —
Wake up to fresh mountain air and start your day with a hot coffee or tea and the famous Ocean Roll from Sparrow Mercado, just steps below your Aerie unit, literally. Then head out to explore miles of Bend's world class hiking and biking trails only minutes away, or enjoy a relaxing float down the Deschutes River. In winter, spend the day carving turns on the slopes at Mt. Bachelor, then return to the comfort of your private retreat at Aerie. The restaurants of NorthWest Crossing, including the Grove, RBC, La Rosa Mexican Kitchen, and Bend Pizza Kitchen, are just a short stroll away, while shopping, craft breweries, and the energy of downtown Bend are only a quick 10-minute drive.

Additional Information:
- We offer complimentary dog beds and bowls for our furry guests!
- There is limited bike storage located inside the garage, as well as ski and snowboard storage lockers. Guests must provide their own locks.
- Each unit offers one EV outlet in the garage. Guests must bring their own charger. Please reach out for additional information.

Aerie is also available for large groups or events. With buyout options across multiple units, your entire party can stay in one place while enjoying their private spaces.

Along the Deschutes River in Central Oregon, rugged landscapes and scenic Cascade Mountains invite visitors to embrace endless outdoor adventure. Home Truths:
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- The dumpsters outside of the units are for commercial ground-floor tenants only. There are shared trash and recycling cans located inside the garage for Aerie guests.
- The electric grills must be turned off and unplugged after every use.
- The outdoor lighting at the property automatically turns on at dusk and off at dawn.
- This unit is located on the 2nd floor. Please note that all 2nd-floor units have 2 flights of stairs to access the main front door. There is no elevator, and the spaces are not ADA-compliant.
- Adjacent commercial and new home construction may be active during workday hours.

Parking Details:
- Parking is available for your convenience.
- Each unit shares a garage with another unit, so guests must park in the designated parking space within the garage. Each reservation comes with one garage space and one driveway space.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

I am so incredibly impressed with this property! HIGHLY recommend. It is stunning and located in a such a wonderful new area of Bend. We will definitely book it again when we come back to Bend! Perfect indoor/outdoor getaway

Wonderful condo in up and coming neighborhood in bend with easy access to all of Bend’s great attractions. Bedrooms were nicely decorated and had comfortable beds. Living room and dining area had plenty of seating. Two large outdoor decks also had nice seating areas, hot tub, and electric bbq. Communication with manager was great via text. The bbq wasn’t working during our stay and they had a whole new bbq there a day later. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great House and Great Location!

AvantStay manages all of the townhouses in this block and they do a great job. The house is stocked with all amenities you would find at a hotel, including pots, pans, and kitchen equipment. It is very clean and mostly wood floors. It is beautifully decorated, so it feels very luxurious! Our only critique is that the #200 units are below the #300 units. All units have a hot tub, but the #300 unit’s tub is right over the master bedroom of #200. Which means the heating element, jets, and filter make this very loud, vibrating sound periodically throughout the night. You can hear it through earplugs too. So I do not recommend this for light sleepers. Even the second bedroom can sort of hear it. It is also loud when people walk in the unit above you. Otherwise, the house is perfect and in a great location and the deck with the hot tub is very relaxing!
