Grand Oak Acres Is a 15 Acre Farm with a 4 Season Tent tucked back in the far corner completely surrounded by woods.
This Property is Located Minutes Away from Grand Lake and Lake Eucha. Lots of Fun Here on the Farm and In Town. Not Far Away is Little Blue State Park, Natural Falls State Park, Hiking, Cave Exploring, UTV/boat rentals.
At your Camping Area You Will Find a 16' Tent (256sq), Outdoor Kitchen Area with Cold Running Water, Picnic Table, Charcoal Grill, Firepit, Seating, Cooking Utensils, Pots and Pans, Plates, Cups, Utensils, Ice Chest, Outhouse that holds a Camping Toilet (directions are provided), Outdoor Shower with Running Hot Water, Solar lights, Flash lights, and Lanterns are provided and used to light the area. The Camping Area Is Well Maintained and Treated For Spiders and Ticks.
Gated Entrance to the Property,
The Front of the Property is Pasture that Contains Livestock, Cats, Dogs and a Pond. Children must be Accompanied by an Adult When Out of the Camping Area or at the Pond. There is a Peddle Boat to use and life vests are provided and must be wore.
No more than 4 guests with each Booking Allowed, the Person Booking must Stay on the Property.
NO smoking Anything Inside or Outside the Tent, No smoking on this property, No Cooking Inside the Tent, No Candles are Allowed. No Open Flames are Allowed Outside of the Firepit. No Pets are Allowed on the Property. *500$ Pet fee fine* DO NOT bring your pets!
This Tent has Venting at the Ceiling for Hot Summer Days & All the Windows Open & Have Screens for Extra Air Flow!
*The only people allowed on the property are people listed on the reservation*
*No electricity access*
*Neighbors can be heard and their stuff can be seen when out of the camping area*
Feed the Animals A Treat, Fishing, Hiking (only in fall/winter) or take a Pedal Boat Ride at the Pond. *Warning-Deep Water* (Children must be accompanied by an adult when out of the Camping Area or at the Pond)
*Do not open pasture/livestock gates*

Put out camp fire before going to sleep and at check out. Children are not allowed at the pond without an adult.
Wash used kitchen items and return the kitchen how you found it.

NO fires, Candles, open flames inside the Tent
NO fires/open flames outside the firepit.
Gather all the trash (including toilet bag) and place in large trashcan at entrance gate at checkout.
Life vests must be worn when using the pedal boat.
