This place was secluded without being too far out there. It was spacious and the property was beautiful. I would definitely book this property again!

A Pristine Rivers Edge Sanctuary! We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The property is a beautiful, spacious home that is exceptionally clean and very private. The large kitchen is truly a cook’s dream, and having a washer and dryer available was a huge convenience.What makes this home truly extraordinary is that the wood walls, ceilings, and beams were actually harvested right from the property by the owner! They create gorgeous highlights throughout the vaulted ceiling and the second-floor loft. Our other absolute favorite feature was the massive, quiet deck overlooking the Clam River, which is a designated trout stream. The home features lovely linens and incredibly comfy beds that ensured a peaceful night's sleep.The location strikes a perfect balance of privacy and convenience. Shopping and restaurants are close by in Lake City and Cadillac. We spent a fantastic time on Lake Missaukee right in Lake City, and we are only 50 miles away from Traverse City and Lake Michigan for an easy day trip. To top off a perfect vacation, we had the best french dip ever at the Lake City Taphouse! This property provided a flawless 5-star experience, and we would absolutely love to return. Highly recommended!
