Sunrise Beach Resort

- Minimum Age to Book: 21
- Sunrise Beach Resort allows 1 vehicle for this condo at a rate of $40 per stay (not included in the booking price). You will pay online for parking prior to your arrival through registration emailed to you.
- 4 wristbands are provided in the condo. You`re required to leave these upon departure. $20 will be charged for each missing wristband.
- The height to enter the parking garage is 6`8`. The height is further reduced as you go up the garage to 6`4`.
- Pool Deck Hours: 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM
**The west side pool is closed due to construction.
- Fitness Room Hours: 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM (18+ only)
- The elevators, pool deck, and common areas are under 24-hour surveillance.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM - 10:00 AM
- The following are prohibited: loud noises, throwing or hanging objects from balconies or walkways, fireworks, destructive behavior, pets, skating/skateboarding/rollerblading, glass objects on the pool deck, vehicles with extended hitch/hitch carriers, smoking, jumping in elevators, etc.
- No parking for watercraft, trailers, campers, motorhomes, buses, or oversized vehicles.
- No children under the age of 5 are allowed in the hot tubs.
- Single person floats are allowed in the pool when occupancy permits. No floats are allowed in the hot tubs.
