良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション
This house was perfect for a group of 12 guys on a golf trip. Having the two houses next door allowed everyone to have their own room for the most part. Both houses were well stocked with amenities and comforts,Lots of towels and tvs in both houses and plenty of spaces to hang out. The hosts were very kind and quick to communicate. The only issue I took was they chose to communicate through iMessage and not everyone has iMessage. They also claim on the listing at the time of this review that all fees were included and there were no hidden fees. However upon arrival I was offered the additional option to heat the pool and/or hot tub for an additional 150 per day per pool, or 35 per day per hot tub. Personally I don’t mind charging for the pool heater but for the hot tub is too much. After agreeing to paying for the hot tub, they tried to skirt around VRBO by asking for a Zelle transfer in order to avoid the 8% fee via VRBO, which I don’t think they should be doing. All in all the rental was great for a large group or family gathering
