• Step into our home and be greeted by a gorgeous open concept living and dining area. The dining table comfortably seats 8, with an additional breakfast bar for 3, perfect for family meals, or even hosting a family game night! The living room is designed to feel like your home away from home, featuring a large indoor fireplace for those cool summer evenings and a big SmartTV, ideal for catching your favorite sports or winding down with a movie after a sunny day at the beach. Relax on our super cozy couch or grab one of the three extra seats for versatile, comfortable seating for everyone.

• Walk through either set of large French doors to enjoy the screened-in patio, featuring a table that seats 4 and additional outdoor seating - perfect for making lasting memories with your group.

• Step back inside and discover our spacious, fully stocked kitchen, ready for everything from quick snacks to gourmet meals. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with full-size appliances, dishes, bakeware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, flat griddle, toaster, blender, and both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. If you plan to cook during your stay, please bring any spices, condiments, and cooking oils you may need, as we do not provide perishable or non-perishable food items.

• Directly across from the kitchen, you’ll find a convenient half bathroom and a stackable washer and dryer, no laundromat trips required, so you can stay in your flip-flops!

• Past the kitchen and half bathroom, you’ll find Bedroom 1: our King master suite! Filled with beautiful natural light and featuring a large TV, this serene retreat flows into the ensuite full bathroom, complete with a spacious stand-up shower, his-and-hers sinks for getting ready together, and a roomy walk-in closet.

• Upstairs to the right, adventure awaits in our kid-friendly Bedroom 2! With a Twin-over-Full and a Twin-over-Twin bunk, this spacious room sleeps four and comes with its own closet and ensuite bathroom featuring his-and-hers sinks, perfect for getting the family ready for the beach day!

• Across the hall to the left of the stairwell, you’ll find Bedroom 3, featuring a Queen bed, ample dresser and nightstand storage, and a walk-in closet. This room also has a full ensuite bathroom with a convenient shower/tub combo.

• Our home includes a grill for guests to use during their stay, we just ask that guests please move the grill out of reach of the overhang before using.

• The driveway accommodates up to 2 vehicles plus our 6-passenger golf cart that is available for our guests. We unfortunately do not offer parking for boats, trailers, or RVs at this home. There is no street parking or overnight public parking available nearby.



>> Tiny Travelers & Pets <<

• We are a family friendly home & include a pack and play, kids plastic dishes, cups, and silverware, a high chair, and baby stair gates for peace of mind.

• We are pet friendly and we allow up to 2 pets with a required, non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be house trained, not permitted on the furniture, and are required to be crated if left unattended. Guests bringing pets must disclose this prior to booking, as a pet fee must be paid prior to arrival. Emotional support animals are subject to pet fee, only ADA compliant service animals trained to perform a task are exempt from this. You are expected to clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors or additional fees will be assessed.

• Located in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort just 1.5 miles away from The Village of Baytowne Wharf.

• Located 2 miles from shopping and dining at Grand Boulevard.

• Located approximately 30 minutes from Destin's HarborWalk Village.

• Located approximately 30 minutes from 30A.



Getting Around:

• You’re located right in the middle of everything Destin and 30A has to offer. We love taking the golf cart to pretty much anywhere around the Sandestin area. During busy times it can be easier to take an Uber, Lyft, or taxi to avoid dealing with traffic and parking. The town is fairly easy to navigate, as most everything to do is directly off the main road through in either direction!

• Airport Distances:

Destin FL (VPS) - 25 miles

Panama City FL (ECP) - 42 miles

Pensacola FL (PNS) - 83 miles



Other Things to Note:

• Sunshine Bungalo is pet friendly! Just pay the $200 pet fee before check-in and you can bring up to 2 dogs.

• Golf cart drivers must be age 25+, complete our waiver, have a valid license, and valid insurance coverage. No exceptions.

• Self check-in with keypad.

• All linens (bed linens, towels, beach towels) are provided for any length of stay, with a washer and dryer in the home. Our cleaners supply a light courtesy amount of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher/dish soap, laundry detergent and bar soap that's typically enough for the first 24 hours of your stay. For larger groups or longer trips, it is recommended that you bring additional supplies as seen fit for your group size/length of stay.

• We do not supply any beach or pool items, other than beach towels. While there may be items left by a prior guest, we do not guarantee or stock anything other than beach towels for your stay.
