Located on the second floor of a bayfront townhome is unit 960A. This studio-style condo is pet friendly and comes equipped with a 4-seat golf cart for personal use, but this isn’t your average studio. This stunning beachy condo comes with a full kitchen offering large fridge/freezer, oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, and cabinetry stocked with utensils and housewares. Enjoy a nice meal on your dinette set for two looking out an arched window at the lush greenery of The Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort®.

This unit sleeps 2 comfortably, offering one king bed that overlooks the bay from a private balcony. Start your mornings slow with a cup of coffee or watch the sunset over the water after a day in the sand. Let’s not forget the oversized bathroom featuring two separate sink/vanity combos, plus a soaker tub/shower combo with rainfall shower head. The sofa is a twin size sleeper as well. The entire condo is drenched in beachy colors, classic furnishings, and good vibes only.

The best part of 960A is convenience. Take your personal golf cart to Miramar Beach and soak up those Florida rays as you dig your toes into the sugar-white sands everyone has been raving about. You can also check out local restaurants and stores along with spending time on the Northshore property. As part of the resort, you get access to all amenities including the pools, spas, and fitness centers.

Great location - Loved the golf cart!

This unit was ideal for our trip. Beautiful views of the bay. Scenic walking tours. Took the golf cart everywhere in Sandestin. Would definitely stay here again!

Fun weekend

The property was cute and clean although very dated furnishing wise, pretty much thrift store furniture. You couldn’t ask for better hosts as very responsive and courteous. Great location, wonderful stay and would definitely book with them again.

Quiet studio right on the bay.

Nice get away, peaceful, beautiful view over the bay. Watched the redfish & ducks right from the patio. SanDestin is a real nice spot to get away. Many amenities.

2023 Florida Vacation and Exploring Area

Excellent and perfect size for us. First time in Sandestin. Visited panhandle many times over the last forty years. We will be heading back to Sandestin. Hopefully, 960A will be available. Enjoyed the resort and the convenience.

When can we come back?

This place was absolutely perfect for us. The view from the balcony is amazing. We couldn’t believe how quiet this place was. We have stayed on the resort before, but never on the north shore, and never in this townhome. We sat on the balcony and watched fish jump in the water, pelicans dive, wind surfers and the most beautiful sunsets. The golf cart made it super easy to go to the beach, to Baytowne Wharf, to Publix, and just around the resort. This townhome was right next to Sunset Bay Café, which had really good food and really good service. We enjoyed ourselves and really want to return.

Bayfront delight!

We stayed just over a week and really enjoyed the property! It’s an upstairs, end unit with a gorgeous view of the bay from the back patio. There is a surprisingly large bathroom which made getting ready for dinner easy with both my husband and I in it at the same time. The unit was very clean, dog-friendly and up to date. The only point future renters should consider is that the front door is downstairs and the steps lead up to an open landing. We used baby gate to keep our very small dogs away from that area but I would also recommend doing that if you have small children. We loved this quiet little piece of heaven and would definitely stay there again. We’ve been coming to that area for years.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only thing we had trouble with was getting in initially-- tried to get in right at 4 and I believe there was a slight delay in the door code working (couldn't get in until 402). Before arriving, I would suggest asking for the WIFI if you're needing to work. That way you have it when you arrive. The coffee maker takes K-Cups. All information I asked for before arrival but wasn't an issue to obtain either. If you're looking for a spot that's great for a couple going to reset and just enjoy each others company, this is the spot! Beautiful home, breath-taking views and extremely peaceful. We will be back to this place.

Not Great

We were a little disappointed with the place. Kitchen appliances sub par at best. Shower was kinda under construction. Golf cart was not a good cart compared to previous stays. Dogs in unit below barked for two days straight. We had ants in the bathroom we reported day one and no one ever contacted us back.Probably would not stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was beautiful. Very clean. The only real issue would be no real clear instructions on parking or garbage placement. I had to call late when we arrived and the person that helped me had no idea and it tool her several minutes to find out. We then asked about which garage and she did not know and took a minute to find out. Then when we were getting ready to leave and take our trash out no idea where we e were supposed to do that so we found a dumpster at a different location. One last thing the bed is in rough condition. It almost touches the ground.
