Casa De La Reina features high ceilings and skylights throughout. The design is inspired by the American Southwest and prioritizes comfort and quality. Each bedroom is designed for maximum comfort with hotel-quality bedding and thoughtful touches throughout including: dresser, full length lighted mirror, ceiling fan, independent control plug in fan, smart TV, luggage racks, closet for hanging clothing, bedside tables, and dimmable recessed lighting.

Bedroom Layout:
• Primary bedroom 1: One king bed, one sofa bed, room for additional pack n play (desk will be removed and pack n play setup upon request), lounge area, full ensuite bathroom with dual shower and free-standing bathtub.
• Bedroom 2 (ensuite): king bed, ensuite bathroom with shower.
• Bedroom 3: One king bed, two twin beds (twin platform bed + twin trundle), lounge area (will be removed upon guest request of twin trundle setup).
• Bedroom 4: Two queen beds.

Kitchen/Dinning:
• Kitchen: open concept, new stainless steel appliances and fully equipped kitchen for the serious chef, countertop seating for 6.

Welcome to the vibrant oasis of the Bermuda Dunes area, where the sun shines nearly every day, and relaxation is a way of life. Nestled in the heart of the Coachella Valley, This desert paradise offers a perfect blend of natural beauty, cultural attractions, and laid-back charm. Bermuda Dunes is centrally located to almost everything the desert has to offer. In our home we have a Guide book full of suggestions for Activities, Events, Dining and Hiking that are all within a 15-to-30-minute drive. Please note this neighborhood is extremely peaceful. While visiting, we ask that our guests adhere to the city ordinance quiet hours (10:00pm PST to 7:00am PST) to be respectful of our neighbors. Violators of this ordinance will not be tolerated. Thank you in advance for adhering to our house rules.

If you have a friend with a plane, skip the traffic and fly into the small Bermuda Dunes airport nearby that allows helicopters, small prop planes and private jets that fall below a specific length (no large commercial jets allowed).

GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the following immiediately after booking property:
- Primary guest listed on the reservation shall provide a valid government-issued ID.
- Update total guest count specifying how many Adults, Children and Infants are in party.
- Provide first and last name of each adult in the reservation. This may be done by inviting your guest to the reservation if they are currently on VRBO and/or providing names by messaging host.
