• Free Island Shuttle (The Wave): Hop on the free SPI Metro “The Wave” Shuttle, which runs daily across the island and into Port Isabel — a great way to get around without driving.

• Driving & Parking: If you’re bringing a car, most attractions and beach accesses offer parking (some require a small beach parking permit). Your apartment also includes onsite parking for convenience.

• Ride Shares & Rentals: Uber, Lyft, taxis, and golf cart rentals are all available across the island for quick and easy transport.

• Nearest Airports:



Brownsville/South Padre Island International Airport (BRO) – about 25 miles (35 minutes) away.



Valley International Airport (HRL) in Harlingen – about 40 miles (50 minutes) away.

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!

• This is a second-floor unit; stairs required to access the condo.

• Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit.

• Optional mid-stay cleaning available upon request (additional fee).

• Please be advised that the reservation must be made by someone who is at least 21 years of age.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
