This property offers 6 bedrooms, 4 full baths, family room, office, and spacious 2nd floor living area for entertaining or relaxing with the family. 1st Floor includes family room with TV, full hallway bath and 3 bedrooms. 1 bedroom with queen bed and crib w/4 sheets and 1 rubber sheet, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and TV and 1 bedroom with queen and TV. 2nd floor offers amazing views of the ocean from the living/dining areas and gourmet kitchen. Also included on 2nd floor is an office, full hall bath, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, and 1 bedroom with queen and private bath with Jacuzzi tub. Master bedroom located on 3rd floor features a king bed, large bathroom and closet, and deck overlooking Avalon. Property offers 2 bicycles, 2 outside showers, 4 hair dryers, 12 beach chairs, 1 child size beach chair and beach cart, 4 beach tags as courtesy, not guaranteed and a cooler on the deck for your island enjoyment.
