Very clean and nice little place to stay while we were in Austin on business. The duplex is located in a nice neighborhood close enough to everything. Communication with the host was great. Make sure to bring extra towels if your stay is longer than a day or two.

The unit was supplied with almost everything. Except for Kleenex and extra hand towels. The location was perfect. The towels and bed linens were wonderful. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the Austin area. We really enjoyed our stay.

The hosts were excellent!! And I appreciate them working with me on this stay. The location was also excellent! Close to downtown and close to restaurants etc. I would recommend for anyone who wants to be in the middle of things and don’t intend to stay around the house for much time as the accommodations are kind of sparse…which was fine for me as I was gone most of the time. I was disappointed with the pool..kind of thought it might have been a little larger and easier to get in and out of but I’m sure that kids would find it great. Only negative would be that the water temp for the showers was a little on the cool side. But then again I like very hot showers and I didn’t complain so they couldn’t address it. Overall, I recommend!

Be very careful before you bookOur stay started off fine, the host was communicative and easy to reach on day one, the location is amazing, the place is cute. But things went downhill fast. We saw more and more pests throughout the our stay (spiders, a large roach, a fire ant, and 15-20 waterbugs scattered around), on top of a washer that flooded and ruined our clothes, and a front door that kept jamming. By the second night we had lost tons of sleep and ultimately had to evacuate early, before we even got to enjoy the pool. The host offered a partial refund that we did not feel was adequate for what we went through. Based on my experience during and after my stay, I would personally not recommend.
