We loved staying here with our two little kids! The pac man machine and shuffle board table supplied hours of entertainment. The location was perfect for splitting our time between family in Tampa and St Pete and the host and listing were clean and extremely communicative.

House is brand new; bright and clean, very nice. Also in a great location, a short drive to most sites in Tampa we went to. The hosts communicated often and responded quickly when I had needs.Highly recommend.

Great communication with the hostess, we had a few issues regarding check in and linens. Excellent location, nice neighborhood. Kitchen is new and big, only issue is not enough plates only set of 4.

The property was great. However, there was very obvious water damage to a ceiling upon check in which was from a leak that required maintenance during our trip. This should have been inspected and repaired between rentals.The maintenance company texted for some communication and emailed for the check in info. It was frustrating that the communication was not the same every time. Also, when renting through VRBO I prefer all communication through the app rather than text/email. The management company was very responsive when we contacted about the active ceiling leak but we were told not to use the bathroom until maintenance could come which was the next day.Again, the property itself was great but the communication and maintenance issues are why I didn't give a higher rating.

Regarding communication, our team uses multiple channels as part of the operational process to ensure important information reaches guests promptly. While we understand your preference for keeping communication within the VRBO platform, the additional channels were used to facilitate timely coordination. We believe the 8/10 rating reflects that the overall stay remained positive despite the concern raised.
