Enjoy this three bed/three bath oceanfront condo in Crescent Shores with fresh new updates throughout. New laminate wood floors, fresh paint & new livingroom furniture (2024)! Comfortable family room provides multi-seating for the best views of the ocean or 50" smart flat screen. Step out onto the 13th floor balcony, spanning 26 feet, for stunning views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy dining from the balcony or around the family dining table. Inside there's seating for 6 & 3-seat breakfast bar offers plenty of room for your group to eat together.

The fully appointed kitchen features refrigerator with ice maker & filtered water, self cleaning oven with radiant cook top, built in microwave and dishwasher. Well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, & essential preparation utensils plus small applicances like toaster, blender, hand mixer, both Keurig & regular coffee makers. Extras include smoothie maker, large George Foreman Grill, pizza maker, snow cone maker, crock pots & an abundance of serving dishes.

The oceanfront main bedroom offers a king-size bed, nightstands & flat screen TV. A walk-in closet leads to the main bath with granite counters and double sinks. Separate glass shower enclosure with jetted whirlpool tub, awaits you. 2nd bedroom offers 2 queen beds and en-suite bathroom. 3rd bedroom is also 2 queen beds and shares the hall bath. Bedrooms include ceiling fans and flat screen ROKU TVs. Free wireless internet access is available in the unit.

Crescent Shores offers an outdoor pool, hot tub, lazy river, kiddie pool, charcoal cooking grills, indoor pool, outdoor showers & a fitness area. A parking garage offers free covered parking. On site security is also provided. Some beach supplies are included, but additional beach items (umbrellas & chairs) are available for rent directly in front of the condo on the beach. Watersport rentals are available on the beach. Next door, Molly Darcy’s is an oceanfront sports pub with indoor and outdoor seating. Within walking distance are a beachwear store, convenience store & an ice cream & hotdog grill, plus mini-golf.

Barefoot Landing is only 3 miles away & along the Intracoastal Waterway in a beautiful nature setting with fun & excitement of shopping, dining, entertainment & special events for the family. Tour & relax at Duplin Winery. Weekly fireworks displays & Alligator Adventure will thrill kids of all ages with alligator feedings, reptile shows, & 11 acres of wildlife. Alabama Theater offers live theater productions (seasonal shows) while House of Blues offers great concerts. The Carolina Opry & Pirates Voyage both have great family shows. The marina offers boat and jet-ski rentals, charter tours & dinner boat cruises.

Not only was the weather and view from 13th floor lovely, the condo had the feeling of home. It was extremely clean and had everything you could possibly need and more in the kitchen..There were books to read, movies to watch, puzzles and games for the kids.The deck not only had a beautiful view but a table and chairs to enjoy your meals and comfy rocking chairs to just relax. Everything was convenient As shopping, dining , banana boat rides and parasailing. We will definitely consider returning.

Perfect Family Location

Property was perfect for our family. The outside closet with beach chairs, wave boards and sand tools for our grandsons made it nice not to have to go buy these items we are grateful to the property owners for allowing us to use them. The pool and lazy river was clean and well used by our grandsons. The beach was awesome!!

My first rental with leather La-z-Boy furniture. Kitchen well supplied with lots of untensils. The card table and chairs provided extra seating for kids. Plenty of books and toys for rainy days.My favorite things were sitting in the rocking chair on the balcony and watching the sunrise over the ocean and being able to see the “crescent” in Crescent Beach from Cherry Grove to Myrtle Beach. Also enjoyed having evening sunset dinners on the balcony at the cafe table and chairs.Property manager was very easy to work with.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: None of the 4 TVs worked. The dryer lint screen was broke. One of the patio doors would barely open. The worst part was all of the mold in the primary bathroom. We have pictures of all of this. Went to the management company with all of this. They were "shocked" by the mold pictures. We asked to get a different condo or give us some money back. They did neither. The maintenance man was very nice. We spent half of our Monday dealing with all of these issues. We were told two of the TVs were broke. On Friday they sprayed our condo for bugs. If the owners get back to us to make this right I will let you know in this review.

The microwave door was broken when we arrived but a maintenance worker came the next day to investigate it. We had a temporary fix that took us through the week. The view from the balcony was wonderful. 3 elevators in our building that were very fast. We never experienced delays even on Saturday check in and check out. There were plenty of carts and luggage carriers available whenever you needed one. We would recommend this condo for a family vacation.

Nice place and location, but needs a little TLC

Property was nice in general. Luckily we were Sunday to Sunday rental and missed the fiasco of the Saturday arrival crowd. The rental unit itself could use some TLC. Mattresses in the back rooms were not the best and wall paper is peeling. But overall we were happy with the stay.
