Crescent Shores, North Tower, Unit 1601. This wonderful, ocean front condo is located in the heart of North Myrtle Beach, SC, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You'll appreciated this beautiful end unit has many extra windows for views of the beach. The 26 foot, 16th floor, balcony gives stunning views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and the white sandy Grand Strand coastline. It's accessible from both the living room and the main bedroom with table and chairs for relaxing and dining.

NOTE: The indoor pool is temporarily closed (March-April) due to pool chemical imbalance. No date has been determined by the HOA for re-opening the indoor pool. The outdoor pool is heated to 85 degrees.

The 1850 square foot interior is tastefully decorated. The living room features comfortable sectional surround seating for dreamy oceanfront views. For movie night, there's a 65 inch smart TV plus FREE wireless internet access. Large flat panel smart TVs in all bedrooms and large open family room. The well-appointed kitchen offers granite countertops, and new stainless steel appliances include an electric range, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, as well as a full-size washer and dryer off the kitchen. The cabinets are well stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses and silverware. Both a regular coffee pot and Keurig are available. A dining table for 6 and a 2-seat breakfast bar offers plenty of room for your group to eat together.

The main bedroom has oceanfront balcony access, plus king bed, and 55 inch flat screen TV. A walk-in closet leads to the main bath with granite counters and double vanity sinks. A separate glass shower stall, along with a jetted whirlpool tub, awaits you.

3 other bedrooms are combination of King and Queen beds. Bedrooms include ceiling fans, new bedding, pillows and blankets, plus flat screen TVs. Beds are encased in waterproof protectors covered by quality mattress pads.

The amenities at Crescent Shores include outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs, lazy river, kiddie pool, charcoal cooking grills, indoor pool, outdoor showers and a fitness area. Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED. A free parking garage offers covered parking. On site security is also provided. From the oceanfront pool, you're steps from the boardwalk and over the dunes for beachside fun in the sun! Additional beach umbrellas and chairs are available for rent directly in front of the condo on the beach. Other watersport adventures are also available for purchase directly on the beach. Next door is Molly Darcy’s an oceanfront pub with indoor and outdoor seating, bar and pool tables.
