However, we sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with cleanliness and the presence of fruit flies. That’s certainly not the experience we aim to provide, and your concerns are completely valid. We’re especially disappointed to hear the living area surfaces didn’t appear to be properly cleaned—this is something we’re addressing directly with our housekeeping team. Pest control is also being notified to ensure the fruit fly issue is resolved immediately. While we're relieved the bathrooms met expectations, we know that every part of the home should meet the same standard. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we hope you’ll consider giving us the opportunity to provide a much better experience in the future.
