With 194.5 m² (2,093 sqft) of space, this bright and spacious home features an open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private terrace perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze.
The condo includes a king bed in the primary bedroom, two double beds in the second bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. There are two full bathrooms, air conditioning throughout, high-speed Wi-Fi, and private parking.
Guests enjoy exclusive access** to the Tamarán Beach Club, featuring two large pools, tennis and padel courts, an oceanfront restaurant and bar. The complex offers 24/7 gated security, ensuring a peaceful and family-friendly stay.
Guest Access:
**FREE access to only 6 guests per day. From the 7th to 12th guest, they charge $150 pesos per person per day.
The beach club includes lounge chairs, umbrellas, 2 pools, tennis court and padel, and kayaks (depending on the weather). The restaurant is great and includes items such as chilaquiles , quesadillas , hamburgers , fish tacos , fajitas, ceviche, margaritas, and Corona beer .
It is not allowed to enter the beach club with coolers, food, drinks, or speakers. The amenities and prices offered by the Beach Club may change at any time, as it is managed by a private company. (The beach club is currently undergoing renovations, so you may find some areas still under construction)
