気になった点 : チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
Host double booked the property. We arrived at the VRBO to find it occupied. The current occupant and myself both contacted the host who told me "Oops, I messed up and didn't update the system when it was rented on another platform." Host asked me to cancel the reservation and when I stated I couldn't, she told me that she would alter the reservation so she could cancel it. No repercussions for her, but I was left without lodging and had to alter my families planned vacation by finding a hotel. (We wasted hours travelling to the VRBO that we had properly rented, then wasted another hour to find a hotel that would take pets and finally had to disrupt the next day's plan, due to her error.) I would NOT trust this host. She ruined our couple of days in Clermont with her error. Additionally, her lack of accountability came across as smug and demeaning.
