Hi, I’m Preston! I went to Arizona State and have always loved the Phoenix and Glendale area. After years of traveling and staying in short-term rentals around the world, I decided to create my own places where guests could relax, have fun, and feel taken care of.
Hosting isn’t a side hustle for me, it’s something I genuinely care about. I personally handle every detail, from design to comfort, because I want guests to walk in and feel right at home. I’m not a big company, just a small business owner who loves seeing people make memories here and enjoy everything this amazing area has to offer.

Glendale is such a special spot, it’s got the perfect mix of excitement and local charm. You’re minutes from State Farm Stadium, Westgate’s restaurants and nightlife, and all the action that makes this part of Arizona so fun.
I chose this area because it’s where I went to school, and it’s been amazing to watch it grow into a top destination for events, sunshine, and good times. It’s a safe, friendly neighborhood where guests can truly feel like locals while being close to everything.

Whether you’re here for a family reunion, a weekend getaway, or a big event nearby, it’s built for laughter, comfort, and memories.
