House Rules & Guest Guidelines:
Pets: Only approved pets are allowed. Pets are not permitted on furniture, and all pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of outside. Unapproved pets will incur a $100 fee per animal. If a pet has an accident inside the home, a minimum $250 cleaning fee will apply (or the full cleaning cost, with receipt provided if it is more than min $250).
Parties & Gatherings: Absolutely no parties or gatherings are allowed. Any violation will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.
Guests: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation is allowed. No additional visitors.
Noise & Music: Keep noise to a minimum. Loud music and disruptive behavior are not permitted on the premises.
Smoking: No smoking indoors, including tobacco, vapes, or marijuana. Guests may smoke outside on the porch only, and all waste must be properly disposed of.
BBQ Grills: Any BBQ grill must be placed at least 10 feet away from the house.
Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee. Guests staying past the agreed check-out time will be charged the applicable late check-out rate.
