Perfect location & beautiful sunset views! We watched the dolphins playing in the water every single day from our balcony. Spacious condo with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. My only suggestion would be new pillows for the beds & a few kitchen towels to use while there. Other than that, we loved the condo & the perfect location of it! We will be back, we love Folly Beach!

What wonderful Condo!! We would definitely stay here again.. Hopefully next time the weather will be nice.. For a rainy weekend it was the perfect condo to be stuck in!!

Great Ladies Getaway!

We loved the convenience of the location! The short walk was nice to enjoy all of Folly Beach. The pool was quiet and relaxing. Watching the dolphins and fish off the deck was so peaceful. Having 3 bathrooms made everyone feel like they had their own space. We loved your convenience of the washer and dryer. Great Trip!!!

Folly Beach gem

Our condo overlooked the marsh and the Folly River and the view was amazing. We watched the tide each day and even a dolphin in the river. Its location just over the river from downtown Folly Beach made it is easy to head to the beach or grab a bit to eat.

We had a great time. The condo was perfect for our family. The distance to Folly Beach was great and the drive into Charleston wasn't bad at all.

Family vacay

Love love folly beach’s condo close to everything, walkable. Condos nice and clean. Laundry a plus with 3 kiddos. Only issue was air conditioner was really loud.

It Was Okay....

The unit was okay but I would not stay again for the money that we paid. The front door lock was not a secure lock and really needed replacing. We managed to make it work to ensure that we were safe. Broken lamp in the master bedroom with the lamp shade just hanging off of the lamp, curtains on inside out, sink in the guest/hall bathroom would not allow hot water with the faucet; Cold water was all that was available. Wifi would go in and out a good bit and that was somewhat frustrating, but may have been out of the owners control. The unit needed updating desperately! It served our purpose though to have a place to lay our heads at night. Location to Folly Beach was very convenient.

Amazing Spot

Thought it would smaller based off the pictures but it was plenty big! The home was clean and comfortable. The location was amazing, not far from the folly beach area. Short ride over to downtown Charleston.

Communication could have been better

Overall a good place and location. The property management company left a sour taste in my mouth for first time impressions. Listing stated response within 24 hours. Contacted a week before rental to extend dates because the proper dates were open and never heard back until the email came with check-info. All I got was a sorry for any inconvenience. I will not rent from them again. Had plenty of towels but not enough washcloths for our big family. Great location and property was clean.
