A private entry 2-car insulated garage, formal entry and elegant central stairwell. Newer Viking appliances in an upscale gourmet kitchen, skylights, vaulted ceilings and a low-maintenance. Top floor is an open "Great Room" design. Low maintenance landscaped backyard with outdoor shower and large modern firepit.
Easy access to the PDR Beach lagoon, family-family-friendly park, Marina Jetty and Bridge, bike path, and the ocean. You are invited to serene ocean sunset views, cool breezes and the distant sound of waves touching the shore.
Owner pays for water. Renter responsible for gas and electric. First months rent due at signing. No smoking allowed. Pets permitted.
