The home was large comfy and beautiful. We enjoyed coming home to such a great place. The views were terrific. I will miss it. We would def rent this place again. Also the location was perfect, near everything.

Great location
Clean, great neighborhood, extremely spacious and beautifully furnished. Easy acces to Marina del Rey and freeways.
Host was quick with answers and very engaged during the stay. 2 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of space plus some. Highly recomended.

Beautiful, clean, safe grad weekend!
This was the perfect house for our family to fly in and celebrate our LMU graduate. House is located in an exceptional neighborhood, great for walking and very safe, we saw several private security patrols round the clock. House is spacious with great common spaces but lots of room for people to find quiet time as well. Air flow is amazing, lots of fresh air. Kitchen very well appointed. Hosts were very clear about everything, even checked on us mid stay to be sure all was ok. This house does have a fair amount of stairs, so those with ambulatory issues might be challenged, but the listing is clear about that as well. We had a great stay in this beautiful home and highly recommend it to anyone.

Nice location, horrible property manager
Too much to describe in 1500 characters, but the manager is not easy to deal with. To start, we were blamed for something we didn't do & it was obvious the issue was present before we arrived. When we ran out of paper towels, we were told that the half roll that was on the kitchen counter when we arrived was enough for 5 people for 3 days. No offer to provide another roll. Luckily the owner of the home is kind & reasonable & when I made the error of missing the rule that I needed to pre-approve guests for dinner, the owner didn't charge the fee the manager wanted to. Due to the issues we had & the many rules that could result in various fees if you are to do something "wrong", I asked for someone to be there for our check out. The manager said no, that wasn't possible because it was supposed to be raining & it was a weekday. This is not ok. I ended up taking about 40 photos (you even get charged if you leave anything behind by accident) , to send to the manager to make sure we didn't' get charged some random fee(s). Nothing like being on eggshells while trying to enjoy vacation. I will say that the home, location & neighborhood are lovely.

Location! Privacy! Lots of Space! Across the street from walking trails. Plenty of free non permit street parking all day and night. Within 5 minutes from the 405 (north and south), and the 105 (east and west) freeways. 8 minutes to LAX. Less than 1 mile from the beach, walking distance from plenty of shops & restaurants. Only a 15 minute walk to LMU. Also very close to SMC and Otis. Picturesque neighborhood perfect for walking, jogging and biking. House is across from the bluff walking trail. Very safe neighborhood. 24/7 security patrol.

The master bedroom is huge with 2 walk-in closets and 1 den/office with a microfiber sofa/pullout queen mattress. The master bathrooms has an amazing shower with a jacuzzi. There are two other bedrooms with a jack and jill full bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a balcony where you can enjoy the sunset and city views.
