Love this Place!!!

I love the property! Easy access to the beach, clean and not very crowded! It overall seemed quiet and peaceful, what a vacation should be like. I can't wait to go back!

Great location!

This was our first trip to Atlantic Beach. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Right off the elevator and close to the pool and beach access. We had a great time and would definitely book here again.

Convenient Location w/ Indoor Pool & Hot Tub

Enjoyed our stay; will definitely be back. It was too cold and rainy to go out on the beach so thankfully we were able to enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub. Loved all the amenities on the property and the location was wonderful. Condo was clean and well stocked.

Beautiful Spot

Beautiful large condo with pretty views. Love the location in a quiet area but close to the Ft. Macon State Park. Condo has everything you need with a comfortable king bed.

Wonderful visit!

This was a perfect location! The ladies at the check-in were very friendly and all the amenities at the place were perfect. Only suggest we had was black out curtains in the bunk room to block out the hallway light and fix the blinds in the kind room. It is located right at the corner and was a worry people could see us change.

Wonderful Place!

Beautiful place. Needs a few more amenities such as measuring cups/spoons, pan spray, tin foil or saran wrap, maybe a couple of beach chairs and towels. Indoor pool was closed 2 days we were there. All I. All it was Great! Thank you!

Nice condo. Pretty kitchen. Enjoyed having a Keurig. We liked the keyless entry. We also liked that the entry is across from the elevators and the entry is enclosed so the wind is blocked.

We loved the beach and the pool! The place was very nice and enough space for our little family!! The bed in the master bedroom was not very comfortable though. The place was clean and well kept though. You can’t see the beach from the condo and this condo is directly infront of the pool.

Don't let the online pics fool you. This condo is much bigger than it looks. Right in front of the elevator. Corner condo and to us was the perfect location. Vacassa scored 💯 again!

A week well spent!

My husband, our toddler twins and myself occupied this unit for a week. We had a great time! We are no strangers to the area, but it was our first time staying at this location. We had plenty of room with two beds and two baths. Our girls had plenty of entertainment options between the beach, the pool, the playground and child appropriate TV. The only amenity I would revise would be to replace the queen size bed in the master with a king.

The villa is perfect for everything you need. The pools are nice but why do you need a pool when just over the boardwalk is the beautiful emerald, blue ocean. Everything was great in the home, my only recommendation is that if you have a problem, don't bother with the office on site the manager is unfriendly and don't call the VACASA number that is on the paper on the wall onsite or that you receive in the text and definitely don't text it (it is a robot). Call or go visit the local VACASA office, the manager Erik is awesome.

Could not watch the Super Bowl, TV was on some Fire TV and could not get a local channel.

The unit was very good, no hair dryer and limited number of items in kitchen. But unit was good.

Great Location, but in dire need of some basic upgrades

The condo is in a fabulous location, has super amenities, and the rate is wonderful. The only issue is that basic needs like cable tv and the blinds to provide privacy need some serious attention. Broken shades, exposure to heat, no privacy in bedroom in a 1st floor space is not good. Owners need to take better care for the benefit of their guests if they continue to rent this space.

However, we are truly sorry for the issues you experienced with the cable TV and the blinds. We understand that broken shades and a lack of privacy in a first-floor unit can significantly impact your comfort. Please know that temporary blinds have been placed until the owner can replace them with new ones. Additionally, we have installed a Roku stick to provide access to local cable channels while we await the installation of updated cable boxes. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
