Thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve the issues you reported. We wanted to let you know that our local team went to Shallotte to pick up supplies for the drain weasel. Using these, we were able to successfully clear the shower drain clog. Additionally, we addressed the electrical problem you experienced. It turned out to be a tripped breaker located in the neighboring unit, which we have reset to restore power. We appreciate you bringing this concern to our attention and allowing us to review it and address it accordingly. We hope you will give us the opportunity to host you again.
