New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

Tucked away in the quiet and quaint Ocean Ridge community in North Topsail Beach, this lovely ocean view home is waiting for you to reserve for your next dream beach vacation. The home sleeps ten people and has four bedrooms. It also has three bathrooms, a community swimming pool, and an outdoor shower. Come home from a day at the beach and rinse off your sun-kissed skin in the outdoor shower.

Enter the beachy home to find an open floor plan, vibrant blue hues throughout, stunning views of the white-capped waves, and the unspoiled nature of the area's most spectacular sound. Cook dinner in the open-concept kitchen while you occasionally peek at the deep teal water through the windows, or laze around in the very spacious living room and binge-watch your favorite shows. Maybe you would rather step outside onto the expansive deck while you breathe in the warm beach air, or take an evening walk up and down the beach.

Vacation 2025

The house was beautiful and the location was great! The weather was great and we had a wonderful time.We did have several issues once we arrived communication about parking, electrical outlets needing to be reset, and upstairs vents were closed so we had no air for a day and a half until HVAC came and fixed problem, ants in the kitchen and one of the queen bedrooms was not a queen bed it was a Full size and we had to have a twin brought in due to space for sleeping. Also, just a suggestion, all the coverings on the sofa and chairs were white so very hard to keep clean with small children in the house.

Location was great. Layout was nice. Furniture was stained and smelled, throw rugs were dirty, floors were sandy and generally dirty - overall felt the place needed a deep clean. Draining issues in downstairs bath. Management company was responsive but we declined an additional cleaning since most issues were not going to be helped with a surface clean. Plumber was called for draining in bathroom but we were told nothing could be done. Not enough room for the 4 cars that are allowed.

Beautiful home with a stunning beach! Perfect family vacation home!

My family absolutely loved this home. It was beautifully decorated with everything beach. It was so relaxing and comfortable. The beds felt brand new. The home was fully stocked with everything that you needed and then some. It was a super quick and easy walk to the beach. There is a walkway to get to the beach which takes about 30 seconds to get your feet into the sand. The beach and ocean were stunning. There was plenty of room for our family and had lots of space between other families. We got to see lizards crawling on the deck while we were sitting outside enjoying the amazing view and listening to the ocean waves. The home was very spacious and had room for everyone. There were books there to read on the beach and games or puzzles to play on a rainy day. It was very hard to leave this home. You can definitely tell the owners take great pride in this home. We will definitely be coming back to vacation in this home next year! We did have two issues while we were there, one was fixed. The toilet handle broke when it was flushed. We called Vacasa and they sent someone out that day. The other issue was the AC in the upstairs stopped cooling for the last 2 full days that we were there. The upstairs bedrooms was 82° which made it pretty unbearable to sleep especially when it was a real feel of 115° outside. We again called Vacasa and they said they would bring portable AC units over for the bedrooms because they couldn’t get anyone to come fix the AC until Sunday. When they came they were only able to hook up one unit in a bedroom because the primary bedroom and bathroom had windows that didn’t open. We feel that this was not handled appropriately and have reached out to Vacasa a few times but they continue to push us off. We feel Vacasa needs to do a better job when situations like this happen. We know things break but they should be more proactive in helping paying customers. Even though we had this issue, it does not in any way reflect the owners or take away from the beauty of this home and the lasting memories you will create.

We've reviewed the maintenance reports detailing all the communications you had with us and noticed our local team responded promptly to the toilet repair; however, we regret that we were unable to fix the AC unit. Meanwhile, we're glad that they provided you with an alternative machine to make your stay more comfortable and issued you compensation.
