It was a last minute family vacation and this place didnt disappoint. Elevator was a must for my 84 yo mother and it never gave us any issues. Plenty of room for everyone with everything we could need. Its close to everything without being in the crowds.

We are a family of 11 and this house had as much room if not more than we expected. There were a few issues with maintenance related items and they were all responded to quickly and fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Overall we enjoyed the property and only wish it was easier to get to the beach. The Dunes created a bit of a struggle for those in our group with mobility issues.

Location location! Expansive views, with private walkway to the beach can’t be beat!We enjoyed the pristine quiet beach, pool and hot tub. The game room was in the back garage, bit too hot to hang out in the summer.Enough room for our family of 17 to hang out. Even an elevator for gramma (fun to ride too :)The downside, way too much carpet for a beach house - causing rooms to be musky, only constant AC helped some. The mgmt company is very responsive. Lastly, though on VRBO, the payment is on 3rd party vendor so any cash back deals may not apply.
