Charming 4-bedroom cottage in marvelous Minden with AC

This newly built cottage is the perfect getaway for families and groups seeking relaxation and adventure. With 4 bedrooms and space for up to 13 guests (8 adults maximum), it’s designed for comfort, featuring a cozy family room and a fully equipped kitchen. This cottage is part of a cooperative community consisting of 22 family cottages spread across 5 acres. It is ideally suited for families or quieter residents.

The cottage is located at the top of the loop, offering stunning views of the seasonal pool and the lake. It’s just a one-minute walk to the community sandy beach. There is an air hockey table in the basement for guests to use.

THINGS TO DO:
In the winter, there’s plenty of space for snowmobiling, snowshoeing, ice fishing on the lake, various hiking trails.

Minden is 7 min drive where you can find everything you'll need!

Whitewater world-class preserve park with adjacent hiking trails is 10 mins away and is a must visit! Kawartha dairy is on the way with 40 different ice cream flavours :)

Minden curling - $80/2 hrs for up to 8 people, all rental equipment included.

Skiing/snowboarding at Sir Sam's which is 35 min drive.

Haliburton Forest and Wildlife Reserve is 45 min away where you can see wolves and they have a lot of activities such as dinner with wolves, paining with wolves, guided ice fishing, ice climbing, guided snowmobiling, etc.

HOUSE RULES:

Please bring your bed linens, towels (including hand towels, tea towels) and toiletries. Pillows and blankets are provided!

While our space can comfortably accommodate up to 13 guests, we have a strict limit of 8 adults maximum. Additionally, only registered overnight guests are allowed on the property — we do not permit any visitors at any time. Thanks for understanding and helping us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone!

At the end of your stay, please ensure you take your garbage with you and dispose of it properly. Additional fee will apply if garbage is left on site.

An additional fee will be charged if pet hair or remains are found.
