This was a wonderful experience. Seven of us moved about comfortably and the bedroom and bathroom setup worked out just fine. We all agreed that we would want this house next time we are in the area. Thanks for being our gracious host.Exacta was exactly right!

This house was perfect for our stay, close to our event and perfect location with walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Host was great and very responsive to messages and questions asked. The private parking in the rear of the house is a great feature. The home was clean and roomy providing space for all the guests.

Our stay at the chickwick house was perfect for our visit to Louisville and the bourbon trail. The amenities and recommendations Jane provided to help us in our stay were great. The location was exactly what we were looking for in the availability of groceries, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment in the area of the house were plentiful, well within our budget, and excellent. The parking in front, rear, and driveway was great. Jane provided all the necessary appliances and kitchenware that made our stay easy and relaxing. The house was clean and comfortable for our group of four. We will look forward to staying at the house on our next visit to the area. Jane is an excellent host and our communications were easy and seamless. The check in and checkout process was great. We will recommend the Chickwick house to our family, friends, and neighbors who want a great place to stay when visiting the Louisville area or bourbon country.

The listing was well stocked with necessities. The rooms were a little smaller than they looked in the pictures but were still adequate. Is within easy walking distance to food and groceries. Enjoyed our stay.

Very conveniently located, nice neighborhood with some decent restaurants within walking distance. Very clean with plenty of comfortable beds, bathrooms. Plenty of fans upstairs to balance out the temps between upstairs and downstairs, which are on the same A/C unit - but that was manageable. Host was very attentive and friendly. Would stay here again!

What can I say about this stay? It was fantastic! The host was amazing and was always available to answer any questions or concerns. It was a great area with lots to do, eat, and parking was good. Oh did I mention the host was fabulous! The listing was as it was posted.

This house is fantastic and we could not have asked for better hosts for our Louisville visit. Our kids loved being able to walk to restaurants and shops right there in St Matthews, and location is convenient to everything in Louisville. Would stay there again!

There were three couples in our party and we had more than ample room. We hung out on the second floor for most of the stay as the living and kitchen area on the first floor was too small for a gathering but that was not a problem. We had no issues with parking or finding the home. Everything was clean and it was very well stocked. This was a great location for siteseeing and felt very safe and secure. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed here with a group of 8 adults for a long weekend and found the space to be more than sufficient for everyone. The second-floor layout and amenities were perfect for gathering and relaxing together in the evenings. The property is in a fantastic location, with plenty of restaurant options within easy walking distance. Highly recommend for groups looking for comfort and convenience!
