The host was great and the amenities were plentiful. Julie thought of everything. There was a huge snowstorm and she cleared the snow and left us a path to walk in. The place was adorable.

Perfect Choice

I was so impressed by the cleanliness and how well outfitted this B&B was. Our host responded quickly to every message and even made special preparations for our late arrival. The only disappointment was that we only stayed one night. The perfect choice with or without a pet.

Welcoming spot for dogs and their people!

This is a terrific option if you have your dog with you! Lots of little dog friendly touches and a safe, secure, fenced in back yard was much appreciated by all! Our host was lovely and this was great for visiting our student at Hamilton.

Clinton Bed & Biscuit

This property was one of the nicest we’ve stayed at. The accommodations were just as described, but the extra touches were unexpected. The fridge was stocked with drinks and goodies and there were numerous breakfast choices. But best of all, it was truly pet friendly for our dog.

Fantastic oasis

My little dog and I stayed here recently on a trip to visit family and friends. It was perfect and made the trip so enjoyable. All our needs were anticipated so I felt right at home. Do yourself a favor and stay here when visiting the area. *Extra bonus: dogs aren’t just allowed, they are celebrated!*

Feels like home

Best place to stay visiting Hamilton College! So clean, warm and welcoming! This is our 3rd time here and feels like home. Our daughter is graduating and we will miss staying here as much as we will miss visiting Hamilton! Thank you Julie for your amazing hospitality!!

Absolutely Amazing

2nd time staying here and I can’t say enough good things about it. We postponed our trip 2 days just so we could stop here with our kids and dog instead of having to use a hotel. We will be back!

Great overnight stop

My husband and I were travelling with our dog and spent a night at the BnB in Clinton. The little cottage was immaculate. It was nice for our dog to get to sniff around off lead in the secure back yard. The fridge was fully stocked for breakfast needs too. Would highly recommend this little place. We also had a very good take out calzone from Tony's Pizzeria.

Perfect weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We came up from Baltimore to run the Boilermaker and fell in love with Clinton. Our 2 dogs enjoyed the backyard and surrounding areas. Julie went out of her way to make sure we were set with breakfast, snacks and other goodies. She was the hostess with the mostest and we hope to return to Beatty Bed and Biscuit soon.

Home away from home for us and our dogs!

Julie created the most inviting space for us and our dogs. Very clean, cozy and inviting. The fridge and cabinets were stacked with treats for humans and dogs. It was great to not need to worry about going out for breakfast- there is quite an assortment of options available. The fences in yard was perfect. 5 stars and will definitely stay again!

Had to cancel due to snow storm

Our plans were set and we were looking forward to a visit with good friends, but they suggested we cancel due to an upcoming snow storm, which we did. We hope to reschedule the trip.

Nice 1BR apartment

The hosts are very nice people. They even shoveled snow from around our cars. The apartment was well stocked. The only issue is that the property was listed as a 2BR. It’s really a 1BR with a pull out futon in the Living/Kitchen area. So if the BR person wants to stay up and watch tv in the LR they are in the bedroom space of the other party. And the bathroom is off the 1BR so the LR occupant has to walk through the BR to use the bathroom. It’s really not a 2BR and should not be advertised as so.

We built our home and added a mother in-law's suite for my husband's mother to live in. After her passing we rented but when our long term tenant left, decided there was a need for a short term, pet friendly accommodation.
