Perfect Location

Right in the beach and walking distance to Bert’s, restaurants, and shopping. House could use some TLC. Definitely getting a mold problem in bathrooms. And all the vents need attention asap. But all in all, great time was had with family.

Perfection!

It was a perfect week in Folly Beqch! The house was ideal! Very clean and incredibly comfortable! Beautiful view! Great location within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in town. We would love to return and would definitely stay in this house again and again. Thank you for your hospitality! Our family made beautiful memories!!

Attentive Property Managers

This is a lovely property any time of year. We stayed here in the dead of winter to help some family members with health issues who live close by, but It would be the perfect location for a family beach vacation.When we arrived at the property the water had been turned off because of a deep freeze in the area and a recent snow storm. I reported the issue to the property manager and they sent someone out immediately to rectify the situation. Before we even left to visit a local restaurant, someone was there to turn the water back on. I was so impressed with the quick response! If we return to the area, I hope this place is available. I would stay here again and again.

a wonderful place to stay

The location of Sea Horsing Around is perfect---beachfront and in walking distance of the pier and many restaurants, etc. The house is beautiful--spacious and wonderful big windows to view the ocean. The main bedroom is upstairs with a porch you can sit out on and enjoy the sunrise, etc. The living room area is huge and well laid out. There were 6 of us visiting and would love to return soon!!

Seahorsing Around Stay

Overall, the property is amazing. Everything that was stated in the description was spot on as far as location and amenities. However, if you are two couples traveling together and want luxury for all, only one couple gets the beauty of the view and space from the master. The second king room is small and tight. This room would really benefit from some sort of dresser/console with a mirror. If your partner is in the bathroom (across the hall) and you want to be getting ready at the same time, there are no mirrors or areas for your "getting ready" items. No mirror in the third bedroom either. Some things that we felt could have been upgraded for a "luxury" vacation were: -Nicer/higher thread count sheets -A bed frame that doesn't constantly squeak with every move (seriously, just moving or rolling over) -better mattresses -better towels As I said before... overall, everything was great. We just felt that for almost $1000.00 per night, these small changes would have made everything perfect.

The Most Perfect Folly Beach House

This house is what you dream of when you think of a beach house. Ocean front with two large decks. You wake up to the sound of waves. Easy walking distance to the pier and local restaurants. I highly recommend. Property manager is on top of it. And responds to questions quickly. It is perfect.

Beautiful House, Perfect Location

My family stayed here for a wedding close by to Folly and we couldn’t have asked for a better house to be in! Views were stunning and the place was very spacious and clean. My only suggestion would be to add a full length mirror somewhere in the house. The location is perfect - we were walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and bars. Right on the beach too with a private boardwalk and outdoor shower. Hopefully we will be back soon!

Location, location, location. We loved it here. Being able to walk anywhere on Folly Beach was delightful. The house was great and very accommodating. My only gripe (minor) was that there were no beach towels. We bought some and left them behind for future guests.

Great place in a great location

Our group of six stayed here last week. It was the best combination of location and house that we have stayed at in Folly Beach. You're a very short walk to the main commercial strip in town (and even closer to Bert's Market). You're right on the beach so it's super easy to get out to enjoy the water. In fact, the only real downside to the property is that it's location is almost too convenient. Because it's the first house with a walkout over the dunes past the main public entrance to the beach, there is a tendency for some folks to camp out on the stairs from the beach (and the occasional group of teenagers that used those steps as a jumping off point when the tide was high). Aside from that minor issue, it's a wonderful place to spend a week at the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Seahorsin' Around. The house was beautiful. Details like soft fluffy towels and lime s were a plus. Great location as well. Quick walk to Beers or downtown. We enjoyed our time on Folly Beach. The view was beautiful and really enjoyed the walks in the beach. Our stay was during the World Series and we could never figure out exactly what kind or who the cable provider was but wouldn't recommend the cable package. We could never be sure if we could find the game or not until game time. The tv remotes need replacement one battery compartment cover was damaged and batteries seemed to be old/needing replacements. Beautiful oceanfront beach house walking distance to everything in Folly

We had a girlfriend trip and stayed here. It was perfect. Very clean and new. Amazing views from both porch/decks, the best location to walk to all the shops and restaurants in Folly Beach and easy to get to Charleston. Simply the best. We'll all be back!
