The location was ideal for walking to Center Street and all the boutiques and eating establishments. We rented a golf cart for the 6 of us and drove around the area which was a blast. We enjoyed the escape room, pier and beach area. We had coffee on the balcony every morning. The house was the perfect size for the six of us. The upstairs toilet was our only complaint, it sprayed water on the floor when flushed as it wasn’t properly seated to the floor. Overall the area was a great girls weekend.

Nice unit. Beds comfortable and baths nice. Amenities lacking in that there was limited toiletries, no coffee filters, flatware was very sparse, had to buy a frying pan, and fridge water trickled out like maybe the filter was old. A lot of dog hair on porch, and I had to fix the garage door for it to work on arrival. Thermostat limited to 70 and that was warm for us. Location was nice but I didn’t realize there would be that much traffic noise from bridge across the creek. Still was a good week, desent value. Just plan on bringing a few items with you.

Great spot!

This was a great spot. It’s quiet and relaxing, but only a short walk to the beach and all the restaurants. The screened in porch is amazing!The beds were all very comfortable. We had all the kitchen appliances and dish ware that we needed.The dishwasher didn’t clean very well, so we hand washed our dishes.

Beautiful place to stay with easy access to the beach

We all absolutely loved the condo, very clean and as beautiful as in the pictures! Nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to Folly’s restaurants , shopping and beach ❤️

First Charleston-area Vacation

Great location for going to the beach, eating at local restaurants, and touring Charleston. Family-friendly. We would recommend this location to families and couples.

Easy check-in. Nice location within walking distance to the main strip and the Lost Dog Cafe. Great view from the master bedroom. The house looked like the pictures and had plenty of space for everyone staying. The property needs some maintenance though. The whole house smelled of mold. There was tape above the light switches next to the fireplace that said do not turn on for safety. There was water inside the fireplace and the wall next to the balcony door was clearly warped from water damage. Additionally, there were water stains on the ceiling in the kitchen. On the day of checkout, the cleaners let themselves in the house without knocking at 9:45 before the 10:00 checkout.

Great Vacation

The property was beautifully furnished and had a lovely view of the marsh. The local property manager was very helpful and responsive to our needs. All together a great vacation.

Great getaway!

The property is exactly as pictured and had all the space we could want at a beach house. The location is great for waking to shops and food, and the neighborhood was quiet and comfortable. I would consider this location again next time I head to Folly Beach!

Great Beach House!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! It was very clean and the rental company was very responsive to the very minor issues we encountered (needed new batteries for remotes and a new light bulb in the bed room). The house was nicely updated and the beds were very comfortable, which is unusual in a vacation rental! Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was beautiful! It was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for everyone!

The garage was large enough for two cars and the golf cart we rented. We loved being in the middle of everything Folly.
