• Late arrivals after 8 PM are still welcome, but live assistance may be limited.



• Local residents must message before booking. Non-inquiry local bookings may be canceled without refund.



• If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.



• Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 3% processing fee. This does not apply to HVMB reservations.



• You may be asked to complete documentation such as a rental agreement or provide other information for Chady Property Management after booking reservation.



* No pets allowed! We love pets, but unfortunately, they’re not allowed at this property. Please note that an unauthorized pet will result in a $500 fee.



* Security Cameras may be on the exterior of the property for your protection and ours. Footage is held by a 3rd party and is only reviewed if there is reason. There are no cameras inside of the home.



* Please do not re-stage or move any furniture during your stay to prevent damage and maintain the property’s condition.
