Beach Haven House Rules

General
• No parties or events.
• No smoking inside the home or garage.
• No pets unless pre-approved by management.
• Maximum occupancy: 10 guests.
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM.

Entry & Security
• Use the provided keypad code to unlock/lock the front door.
• Always press the Yale button to lock the door when leaving.
• The ADT alarm may be armed when you’re away or at night.
• An emergency key is available in the lockbox by the garage door; use only if locked out.
• Do not tamper with or disable outdoor security cameras. There are no indoor cameras.
• Locked closets or cabinets are for owner use only.

Hot Tub
• Read the posted Hot Tub Safety Rules before use.
• Children under 18 must be supervised at all times.
• Do not add soaps, oils, or chemicals.
• Keep cover on when not in use; never sit or stand on the cover.
• After use, lower temperature to 75 °F and dry surrounding floors.

Game Room & Garage
• No sitting or drinks on the pool table.
• Supervise children; replace pool cues and table cover after use.
• Keep garage doors closed and locked when not in use.
• Use caution near the gas heater—follow posted safety signs.

Backyard & Patio
• Cushions and umbrellas are stored in the garage.
• Store or tie down cushions and umbrellas during wind or storms.
• Gas fire pit uses propane—follow lighting instructions.
• Always extinguish flames before leaving the patio.

Beach & Sand
• Rinse off using the hose by the front walkway before entering the house.
• Remove shoes indoors; wear clean socks.
• Shake out towels and clothing before bringing them inside.
• Beach chairs and towels should dry outside (front or back patio).

Fireplace
• Available only in autumn, winter, and spring.
• Follow lighting instructions carefully—fireplace heats quickly.
• Do not leave unattended while lit.

Windows, Fans & Temperature
• Do not adjust blinds or windows marked “Do Not Open.”
• Ceiling-fan remotes must stay in their original rooms.
• Thermostat is in the dining room; adjust gently.
• Run the dehumidifier while using the hot tub in cool months.

Laundry
• Remove sand from clothing and towels before washing.
• Improper use causing damage may result in a fee.

Televisions & Wi-Fi
• All TVs are Roku Smart TVs—please don’t move or touch screens.
• Remotes must stay in their designated rooms.
• Wi-Fi Network: “Beach Haven”
• Password: listed on the sign in the dining room.

Safety
• Fire extinguishers:
• Kitchen cabinet left of stove
• Laundry room cabinet right of dryer
• Keep exits and pathways clear.
• Report any damage or safety issues to management immediately.
