ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This home is equipped with an on-demand (tankless) hot water system. While you will not run out of hot water, it may take a minute or two for hot water to reach the upper floors, especially when multiple water sources (such as dishwashers or washing machines) are in use at the same time.


Parking is limited to a maximum of three standard-size vehicles or two larger vehicles such as pickup trucks or SUVs. Boat parking is permitted for up to one week in accordance with HOA guidelines. Please note that street parking is not available, as all parking within Turtle Dunes is private and designated to individual homes.


INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
