Welcome to The River Vale, a four-story home tucked along Louisville’s historic River Road corridor. Designed with a balance of comfort and Kentucky charm, this thoughtfully curated space is ideal for families, couples, and business travelers alike.
Above your private garage, step inside to discover layered living across three additional floors:
- 4 welcoming bedrooms, including a king suite and a private first-floor hideaway
- 3.5 bathrooms with fresh linens and thoughtful touches
- A media room with 85” TV, wet bar, and wine cooler
- A cozy sunroom with poker table and deck access
- A fully equipped kitchen, two decks (one screened-in), and ample indoor/outdoor seating
Each floor offers its own unique vibe, from the quiet comfort of the upstairs suites to the playful energy of the downstairs entertainment spaces. All bedrooms include TVs for added relaxation, and flexible common areas make it easy to gather or spread out.

Just off the media room is a sunroom with a poker table, complete with poker chips and cards for your gaming pleasure. Don't miss the covered deck just off the sunroom, with comfortable outdoor seating and fire table. You'll also find a bedroom on this floor with a queen bed and twin trundle, as well as a full bath with standing shower.

Up the stairs to the second floor you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, indoor dining, living room with 70" TV, sitting room, and a cozy workspace, complete with a half bath off the hall. This floor also boasts a spacious screened-in deck for relaxing or entertaining with comfortable seating, fire table, and a full outdoor dining table, as well as an uncovered section of deck with gas grill and Adirondack chairs.
