This property is fully furnished with a mid century beach decor, features 3 bedroom (with one of them a converted attic), 2 full bathrooms (downstair standing shower & upstairs shower/tub combo), new flooring (luxury vinyl plank) and carpet in bedrooms, appliances (Viking range, Bosch dishwasher & refrigerator, & Samsung washer/dryer), and Peleton bike. The guest bedroom with the triple bunkbed if desired can be converted into a bedroom with a full/queen bed.
The entire property has been meticulously renovated within the last 5 years, ensuring a contemporary and comfortable living space. Ocean views from front yard and master bedroom. Things To Note About This Property:
- Stays of 3 months and up to 7 months preferred, and subject to additional lease terms.
- Maximum occupancy of 7, sleeps 7 (1 King bed, 1 Full bed, and 1 Triple Bunk Bed).
- Pets are welcome for an additional fee, please contact us for approval.
- Tenant to pay utilities (SDG&E, water, & internet).
- Owner to pay: landscaper, jacuzzi, & trash/recycle).
- This property enforces a No Smoking policy, both within and outside the home - NO EXCEPTIONS.
- This home is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy around loud noise, excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighbors, over-occupancy, and parties.
- Due to the mild coastal climate, this home like many in the area, is not equipped with A/C.
- Heated by a fireplace insert, gas and located downstairs,
- Violations of this policy will result in deposit forfeitures and/or evictions that are strictly enforced. Please make sure that you are comfortable with these policies before renting.
