Welcome to Ocean Break 102, a bright 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo just two blocks from the beach in North Ocean City. With 1,305 square feet of living space, this home blends coastal comfort with modern convenience.



The open living area features plenty of seating and natural light, while the fully equipped kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances and both a Keurig and drip coffee maker. Step out onto your private balcony for morning coffee or unwind after a beach day.



Guests enjoy access to the rooftop pool, outdoor shower, and covered garage parking. Whether you’re planning a family vacation or a peaceful off-season escape, Ocean Break 102 offers everything you need for a relaxed Ocean City getaway.



From the moment you arrive, we want you to feel at home. That’s why we provide a starter kit with essentials for your stay—body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge—everything you need to get settled right away.



All linens and bath towels are included, and every bed will be freshly made before you arrive.

✹ Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and must be present for the entire stay. Sorry, we do not rent to Senior Week or similar student groups. Parents cannot rent on behalf of children under 25.

We’re delighted to welcome you to one of our vacation homes and want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible. Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.



If something feels off, whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue, please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth.



All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.



Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition, such as requiring cleanup of vomit or urine.



Ocean City enforces a noise ordinance under Maryland law (COMAR 26.02.03.02, Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code). Violations may result in eviction and fines without refund.
